Refund Policy:

All refunds will be provided as a credit to any one future event hosted by Zembo Shrine. This only pertains to events of lessor or equal value to the one most previously purchase through Zembo.org.

Shipping Policy:

Tickets purchased over the phone use the website for processing orders. Tickets will be emailed to purchaser by the email provided on the ticket form. If tickets are unsuccessful at reaching purchaser email, it is purchaser’s responsibility to contact Zembo Shrine to claim ticket. In this case, tickets may be claimed through U.S. Postal Mail, Fed Ex, or UPS.
